Content Policy

Content Policy  Updated: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 Welcome to Well-Being! We want to keep this a safe and friendly spot for everyone, so we have a few content rules. By using this blog, you’re agreeing to play by these rules. 1. What Our Content Is All About Well-Being is here to give you info, ideas, and tips on feeling good – body and mind! We talk about physical health, mental wellness, self-improvement, and living a better life. Our aim is to share helpful, well-researched stuff that encourages healthy living and personal growth. 2. Our Promise: Accurate and Good Quality Content We try our best to publish content that’s correct, easy to understand, and trustworthy. Here’s how we do it: We check our facts closely before publishing. We try to back up what we say with good sources, studies, or expert opinions. We double-check our content to make sure it makes sense and is accurate. We’ll update articles when we find out something new. Important: The stuff on Well-Being is just for info and learning. Don’t take it as advice from a doctor, therapist, financial advisor, or lawyer. 3. Heads Up: Health & Wellness We chat about health, wellness, and growing as a person, but keep these things in mind: We can't give you a medical or mental health diagnosis. We're not a replacement for seeing a professional or going to therapy. Make sure you talk to a qualified pro before making any big decisions about your health. 4. We Promise to Be Honest Our content is written with honesty and openness. We promise not to: Publish stuff that’s false, misleading, or meant to trick you. Encourage bad behaviors. Get paid to share biased opinions. Hide sponsorships or endorsements (if we have them, we’ll tell you!). 5. Your Say (User Contributions) If you can comment, message, or submit stuff to our blog, please don’t post anything that: Is hateful, bullying, or discriminatory. Makes false or dangerous health claims. Is spam or trying to sell you something. Is illegal or someone else's copyrighted work. Is graphic, super obvious, or violent. We might edit or remove anything you post if it breaks these rules. 6. Privacy Matters We're careful when we talk about wellness, especially when it comes to mental health, and difficult experiences. We will never post: Your personal info without your okay. Personal stories without getting permission first. Content that's meant to shame, or take advantage of anyone. 7. AI in the Mix Sometimes, we might use AI tools to help us write or edit posts. But don’t worry, humans always review and edit everything before it goes live to make sure it’s accurate and sounds good. 8. This Stuff is Ours (Copyright) All the original content, images, and other material on Well-Being is protected by copyright. Please don’t copy or share it without asking us first. 9. Spot Something Wrong? If you see something that seems wrong, harmful, or against this policy, let us know at: abdelman554@gmail.com We appreciate your help in keeping Well-Being a great place for everyone!
